Turnkey Facility Construction

For facility projects we run construction, mechanical and electrical work under a single contract and a single point of coordination. At the start we define the scope, the work programme and the interfaces between disciplines, so that clashes are resolved before they reach the site. Procurement, fabrication and installation are tracked with regular reports, and quality and safety checks are applied at every stage. Once testing and commissioning are complete, the facility is handed over in working order with its as-built documentation.

For specialist units such as paint shops, we work with teams we have collaborated with for many years. This ongoing collaboration lets us bring both quality and cost advantages to the project, while the client works with a single point of contact throughout.
