We carry out foundation and reinforced concrete work in line with the structural design, the geotechnical report and the conditions on site. Excavation, blinding, waterproofing, reinforcement and formwork follow checklists, and reinforcement and anchor positions are inspected before every pour. For heavy machinery and equipment bases, vibration and anchoring requirements are agreed with the mechanical teams. Concrete test results are recorded, giving the following trades a sound base to build on.
