We build plant rooms, the centre of heating, cooling and domestic water systems, to suit the needs of each facility. Boilers, chillers, heat exchangers, manifolds and pump sets are positioned with maintenance access and ease of operation in mind. Pipework is completed with pressure tests, insulation and labelling, and controls and electrical connections are coordinated with the teams concerned. Systems are commissioned and handed over with operator training, supporting efficient operation over a long service life.
